NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER       T-35ECI/M59/LFK/MDG/PROG/22/12/2020

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) in Nigeria, implementing the project “35ECI” under CIIA funding is inviting vendors to the  PROCUREMENT  OF LEAD FARMER  KITS IN KATSINA to submit offers.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be downloaded free of charge by all interested bidders via the link https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14cd6vQFcMSCNv3A5jucCr_ryFpT1x3o1?usp=sharing

Method of Application

All bids must be submitted on or before the 05th JANUARY 2021 at 17-00hrs at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at nigeria.tender@acted.org, CC mdg.seniorprocurement-officer@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED Nigeria will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on the 6TH January 2021 at 1400h in the ACTED office in Maiduguri. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
